Carbon Optimised
Regenerative Agroforestry
CORA is an eco-conscious company dedicated to revolutionizing carbon removal. Focusing on replanting underutilized land across the Pacific Islands, we create carbon-optimized regenerative agroforestry systems to combat climate change.
Dylup Restoration Project and Model Farm
The Dylup Restoration Project, a pioneering partnership between a commercial branch of the Papua New Guinea government and CORA, aims to rejuvenate degraded plantations in Papua New Guinea using certified regenerative agroforestry models. The project focuses on a 2,300-hectare space, implementing best agricultural practices, empowering local communities, and introducing sustainable business models.
2025 CARBON PROJECT:
The Pacific Island Food Forest Project – Regeneration Powered by Carbon Removal
This initiative converts degraded coconut plantations in Papua New Guinea into carbon-optimized agroforestry systems. Through biochar production, digital MRV, and community-led land use, we deliver certified, durable carbon removal alongside measurable ecological and socioeconomic co-benefits.
The pilot site at Dylup Plantation serves as the proof of concept for a scalable, regionally appropriate model targeting over 1 million hectares of underutilized land across the Pacific.

Our Mission
Work directly with farmers to ensure product variety and quality align with customer specifications.
Only target cleared land (>10 years) that is underutilized.
Provide small-scale landholders with confidence to mobilize and invest.
Transform the living conditions and economic circumstances of the inhabitants and workers on the regenerated land.
Create a platform for commercial and economic sustainability, capable of attracting private investment to support transformation and fuel growth.

“We have to prioritize people. Unless you build a reliable business with solid development, you’re only making poverty sustainable.”
Clint Borle, Co-Founder, CORA
