MEET THE TEAM

  • Director - Agriculture and Biochar Certification

Sarah pursued her Master's at the Bren School of Environmental Science and Management at UCSB. She focused her thesis on regenerative farming practices and regenerative certifications. She also led a communications project on farmers' experience of switching to regenerative management through dozens of farmer interviews.

Her passion for improving the agriculture industry stems from her B.S. in marine biology. After gaining her master diving certification and completing a semester at James Cook University in Australia, she realized the best way to protect coral reefs was to change how we grow our food.
